About Us Americas United Soccer Academy is a non-profit organization founded in 1996. Our goal is to provide discipline and training of the beautiful sport of soccer in a safe environment. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our youth within our community and beyond through the sport of soccer. We take pride in our young athletes and reward not only their athletic achievements, but their academic achievements as well. Over the past 12 years we have evolved and have formed many traveling teams under the direction of former president, now head director and founder, Mr. Gustavo Ospina. Our traveling teams have won numerous competitions on a state, regional, national, and international level; producing players for State, Regional, and National ODP Teams as well as Division I, II, and III Universities. We would like to extend our gratitude to the Elizabeth Board of Education of New Jersey, Union County Parks and Recreation Division, the City of Elizabeth and all of our Sponsors for their valued and continuous support.
